Components:
- Powdered ashwaganda root.
- Virgin Coconut Oil.
- Ground black pepper.
Optional:
Honey, Turmeric.
Preparation:
2x a day. Upon waking empty stomach
and 1 hour before sleeping empty stomach.
- Put 1 spoon of powdered ashwaganda into glass.
- Optional, combine with slices of turmeric.
- Boil hot water.
- Pour newly boiled water into cup.
- Add a pinch of black pepper.
- Optional, mix with honey.
- Allow to steep 5-10minutes.
- Drink 1 spoon of Virgin Coconut Oil
- Drink Ashwaganda mixture.
- All done on empty stomach upon waking.
- Second dose an hour before sleeping.
Notes:
This will be done for a 1-2 weeks straight ONLY.
Then subject will abstain for at least 2 weeks from mixture.
Ashwaganda is a very potent ayurvedic supplement not to be abused like coffee.
