- Saturated fat is bad for you. Ergo eggs and coconut oil are bad. Take minimally. Completely False.
- Refined and processed food. Rice, sugars, pasteurized milk et al. have been stripped of their other vital nutrients causing significant detrimental reactions and disadvantages. Such as insulin spikes, vitamin and mineral deficiencies et al that lead to other sicknesses.
- Eating "fats" don't necessarily make you fat and are turned into necessary components of your body such as hormones. However, when COMBINED with medium to high glycemic carbohydrates, the fats are more easily stored as body fats leading to obesity. Ask Atkins.
Another study comes out blaming salt for a whole slew of health problems. I am not going to give my conclusions on the matter yet since I will not evaluate it and I would prefer my readers have a chance to give it some though and try to evaluate it rationally, objectively, holistically and with discernment.
I would like to state many similar instances, examples, fallacies already prevalent in the normal world.

Locally, all salt is required by law to be iodized. Meaning, the reverse is illegal.
To "iodize" salt, it is more economical to MIX/MAKE your own synthetic salt and iodize them. (FAKE SALT).
Local natural sea salt has about 72 minerals .
