1. EXERCISE IS THE NUMBER ONE CURE FOR WUHAN FLU AND EVERYTHING ELSE.
Exercise has been proven to improve all metabolic function, increase survivability, lower mortality, increase quality of life all at little to no cost. Exercise is PROVEN to improve the immune system, improve circulation and as a result DESTROY PATHOGENS and even CANCER.

2. GTGp-c
Ginger, Turmeric, Garlic, Pepper, Coconut oil (VCO).
WARNING: Properly Prepared this is going to taste horrible but its good for you.
Each of these have broad spectrum anti-pathogenic effects. Bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc.
Each of these have supportive and regulative effect on your immune system in differing levels.
Each of these have circulatory benefits in differing ways.
I will leave the readers to FIGURE THIS OUT THEMSELVES why its good for them. It is now the READERS RESPONSIBILITY.
MATERIALS PER SET (unit of set is casserole est. 4-6 cups):
- GINGER 100g-150g (70g if 100g is too strong, more is better, 70g is still weak but some people find 100g too strong, personally I've used 150g-170g)
- TURMERIC 70-100g (turmeric is bland and tasteless, ok to put more)
- GARLIC 3-6 BULBS (3 bulbs if too strong, 6 is best)
- PEPPER a few pinches. 4-10. Up to you.
- VCO. 1-2 spoons. 3 if you like. Good also for improved defecation.
EQUIPMENT:
- ELECTRIC HOT WATER KETTLE to boil water with. Convenient.
- CHOPPING BOARD
- KNIFE
- CASSEROLE
- WEIGHING SCALE
INSTRUCTIONS: (same as CANCER REGIMEN 1 blog entry in this blog)
- To be done preferably with EMPTY STOMACH.
- Preferably FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.
- Wash all plants in water
- then Chop, dice, pound GINGER TURMERIC AND GARLIC. No need to skin. Just pour everything in.
- Put the GTG into casserole.
- Sprinkle PEPPER.
- Boil water in electric hot water kettle regular size. Appx 4 cups/3 glasses.
- After boiling, pour boiled water into CASSEROLE.
- Wait 15 minutes to cool down. No lid required.
- Drink a spoon or 2 of VCO (virgin coconut oil).
- Drink the entire casserole of GTGp TEA (decoction) preferably all in less than an hour. This is appx. 4 cups. If you can't imbibe too much, take a glass every 15-20minutes). Guzzle 2 cups immediately (bottoms up), take the succeeding cups within 1 hour.
- YOU CAN REUSE (a 2nd time) THE MATERIALS INSIDE AND POUR ANOTHER BATCH OF BOILED HOT WATER. You can do this evening.
NOTES:
- Live plants is best. If not available, you can take powdered or tablet forms if you have less choices.
- You can take individual materials independently. Meaning, even just using the GINGER ALONE will yield significant improvements. In the Philippines this is known as SALABAT (ginger tea).
- The problem with natural medicine is dosage. Almost no one takes the appropriate dosage. Natural medicine is NOT PHARMACEUTICAL. You take several glasses, not just one.
- The combination of ALL is supposed to taste horrible. Just suck it up and take it. it is cheaper than hospital bills and worth your life.
- If the patient cannot take the TASTE (recommended dosages), LOWER THE GINGER to 70g (i find this too light though), and the GARLIC TO 3 CLOVES.
- It is preferred that NO SWEETENERS are added. If you must, real honey can be used but is expensive.
- It is best if the patient can "suck it up" and drink it as it is.
- Recommended that you buy a kilogram of each GTG. Good for many many days, is cheaper than pharmaceuticals, and you cannot overdose.
- Learn to prepare yourselves. Part of the process is INCONVENIENCE. Everyone wants conveniences nowadays. Power windows, smart phones, et al. without realising that "back to basics'" has virtues.
- The GTG decoction is NOT JUST for the Wuhan Flu but for all manner of illnesses and infections including AIDS, Bubonic Plague, cholesterol et al.
3. VIT C MEGADOSES including IV VIT C.
Natural alternatives like large quantities of Lemon or Kalamansi juice, water and decoctions .
Kalamansi is cheap in the Philippines so this will be our subject.
A BETTER WAY TO DECOCT KALAMANSI:
- Use several pieces. Dosage is up to you. Stronger the better. I would go for more than 15/casserole minimum.
- Wash Kalamansi in water.
- Chop, crush and put into CASSEROLE. Skin included which is why you wash first.
- Why casserole? You will need to drink several glasses.
- Boil water in hot water kettle.
- Pour boiled water when finished, into casserole.
- Allow to cool 15 minutes. Drink while warm.
- You can reuse one more time.
