- He exercised more appropriately to reach a good level of "fitness". Most people have weird ideas of fitness by walking or jogging 30 minutes a day and going to the gym lifting weights aimlessly. It's pretty obvious this man had a real system. He wasn't just exercising, he was TRAINING.
- He became vegetarian and smarter in his food choices.
- He was smart enough to not rely on conventional medicine. If he did, he would never have beat his hepatitis.
