In a blog entry below, I have stressed the significance of "proper" exercise as the primary option for the masses, as it is easily conceivable, executable and can be done in the shortest amount of time and little technical demands.
A recent mortality of a close friend, whom I have already previously warned of the solution to his condition (and he didn't follow, realize the significance of the consequences thereof) have led me to stress the significance further in the recent weeks.
I have refused to conventionally treat patients and trained more willing sick people, in the gym, as their only modality.
The bad news is, as usual, only a few of them followed thru. (92% preferred to be lazy).
The good new is, we have achieved 100% remission of different problems (fat and money included), from hormonal, thyroid, cholesterol, heart, diabetes, high/low blood,et al and other kinds of systemic problems. In fact, many problems that were previously not reported (not the focus of the patient), were also cured.
Net result, more awareness, more savings, better quality of life.
Less stupid and lazy people. (relying on meds)
